We typically work as Construction Manager at Risk, providing preconstruction pricing, scheduling and constructability reviews, culminating in the establishment of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the project.  With the acceptance of the GMP, the owner transfers the risk of cost overrun to us, yet retains the potential for savings if the actual cost is lower.
