Big Turnout at Linden Ponds Groundbreaking

Despite cold temperatures, dozens of Linden Ponds residents joined Erickson Living staff, town officials, and our project team at a groundbreaking ceremony for the newest building on their Hingham, MA campus.

The new 156,378 square foot 7-story Independent Living building will add an additional 104 apartments, with both one- and two-bedroom floorplans. Substantial amenity areas are included, such as a 2,000 square foot Multi-Purpose / Meeting Space. A new one story link will connect the new residential building to the existing Derby Clubhouse.

This is our second project for Erickson Living. Based in Baltimore, MD, Erickson Living has communities located across the country from Colorado to Florida to Massachusetts.
