Construction Complete at HCC Science & Technology Building

Cutler is in the final stages of construction on the new state-of-the-art science and technology building at Hillsborough Community College's SouthShore Campus.  The 36,424 sf two-story building includes nine laboratories, five prep labs, two computer classrooms, six traditional classrooms, four offices and a deans' suite. The facility further strengthens the school's STEM programs and will be open for classes this fall.

Erecting Steel at Bryant Strength & Conditioning

We've begun erecting the steel at Bryant University's new Strength and Conditioning Facility in Smithfield, RI. This signature project will be a gateway to the Bryant Bulldogs Football Stadium. The project is scheduled for completion prior to the start of the 2015 football season. Sasaki Associates of Watertown, MA is the project architect.

Topping Off at Kendrick Place, Amherst, MA

The Friday, March 6 Topping Off ceremony at Kendrick Place in Amherst was well-attended. Archipelago Investments principals Kyle Wilson and David Williams, the project developers, welcomed local officials and townspeople to the event. Kendrick Place is a 54,000 sf mixed used residential property scheduled for completion August 2015. Cutler Chairman Fred Mulligan and Project Executive Rich Lucht are shown in the attached photo. Rich is also overseeing a 2nd project Cutler is building for Archipelago in Amherst. Olympia Place is a 98,400 sf student housing complex.

Zack L'Ecuyer Promoted

We congratulate Zack L'Ecuyer on his well-earned promotion to Construction Project Manager.  Zack has been with Cutler since 2010, having started as an Intern.  Other recent promotions at Cutler:  Rich Lucht and Bob Grzyb - both promoted to Project Executive roles.  Congratulations to all - and keep up the good work!

Cutler's Florida Aquarium Project in the News

Cutler is in the news for our recent Florida Aquarium project, where we worked with Morrell Architectural Sheet Metal to fabricate colorized stainless steel cladding to wrap the building in what appear to be fish scales.  Architects:  Gould Evans Associates.
