The second project undertaken for Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary, Cutler designed and built the 10,000 SF two-story Learning Center addition. This new space expands the seminary’s library and adds modern technology. In addition to installing a new HVAC system, some interior renovations to the existing building was part of the project scope to add restrooms and reconfigure an egress. Site grading, relocation of a road, retaining wall, installing a new driveway and landscaping will be part of the project scope as well.
